Old Norfolk v BG

Post by Globetrotter »

Back to Norfolk. I wonder if we are staying in the same hotel?

7-3. Coming off the worst game of the season where we may have been a bit exposed. Defense is lacking, can't live off the 3 on offense. Wiggins is a pushover.

Old Dominion.
This game will be cloaked in more secrecy than our roster as it is on Conference USA TV. Someone want to by it and facetime the rest of us?

For real. Stop with this for pay stuff. Just do commercials. WE DONT CARE ABOUT COMMERCIALS.

Old Dominion is 5-3. 2 losses to VCU and Temple. Also beat Dayton
They have solid D, allowing just 62 points a game. That is scary for us.
40 blocks so far too. Thats alot. I don't predict a good game from Wiggins if they have 2 guys who are aggressive in the post.

The lineup.
04 Ahmad Caver 6-2 170 JR 8 starts 12.1p 2.1r 5.5a
03 BJ Stith 6-5 215 JR 8 starts 13.4p 5.4r 44% 3
12 Randy Haynes 6-4 215 SR 8 starts 11.5p 3r
25 Brandan Stith 6-7 240 8 starts 8.5p 6.5r 42% 3 12 blocks
15 Trey Porter 6-10 230 8 starts 11.6p 4.9r 14blocks

10 Xavier Green 6-6 180 FR 5.9p 2.9r
11 Micheal Huett 6-3 160 FR 4p 4.3r
13 Aaron Carver 6-2 170 JR 3.6p 6.3r

For some reason BG seem to play better on the road. We are 3-0 on the road this year in true road games. That will continue today. BG will win 82 - 74

But I was wrong. ODU kicking our butts.

Well Taylor Persons did it again. Hit a last second 3 point shot as Ball State stuns Valpo.

Out of 7 games played today the MAC is 7-0. Let's keep it rolling.

Wiggins has missed 2 layups, has a turnover and let player past him for 2 easy shots all in 1st 5 minutes. Huger please sit him down and hopefully he will get his act together.

Same here. I sent them a message but then the game was taken off. It was there but was pointing to a women's game. They claim they are working on it.

Not missing much. Except Wiggins stinking it up again.

In 7 minutes,
Wiggins 0-3, 3 rebounds, 3 turnovers. And given up 11 points to the guy he is guarding - including 2 layups and a slam dunk. And 2 fouls.

I purchased it right at gametime. 6:58pm and it's working for me. I'm afraid to exit out. Try going to BGSUFALCONS.COM and click the Live Video option again and see if it takes you to the game.

Just got this after requesting a refund. edit....checked ESPN3, its not there.

Hi James,Â

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The game should be available on ESPN3--it has been rescheduled to ESPN. I am more than happy to issue you a refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing until your statement will reflect the reversed charges.
Â
Please note that if we are able to void the charge, it will not be billed to your card to begin with so no refund will need to be processed.
Â
Thank you for your patience and for streaming with SIDEARM Sports. Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.
Â
Best,
Mason

Down 39-23 @ half.

Terrible 1st half

Wiggins is playing like a high school freshman.
We can't shoot 35%
Haven't made a 3 point shot, 0-7

Turnovers! Fouls!

Just pathetic

Turner has 11 and Frye 6. Take that away and we have 6 fricken points!!!

I see Gadson played 10 minutes and Koch zero. Is Koch injured?

I just got the email I'm getting a refund, bummer! At least I'm not missing much. I hope we come out of the locker room with a new mentality.
