The last recruiting class had some big guys signed at DL. I didn't realize so many were redshirted. Give those guys some time in the weight room and we could see quick tremendous upgrades on the line and in stopping the run.

7 r-Fr DL we have not seen play. This is what the roster has for next year including the 1 early signee. Some walk ons but mostly schollies. I've guessed their positions so don't hold me to that.

edit......I think they will try to get another QB and RB, maybe transfers for immediate use as backups. Then maybe another OL and DB.

Just saw on Twitter that this dude de-committed from UTEP and is coming to BG. I would imagine he will enroll now he graduated from Butler CC in December. Spent his freshmen year at Western Carolina, walked on at South Carolina in 16' and played at Butler CC this past season. 67 tackles at LB last season.

Looked at his video on HUDL...looks like one of those 6-0, 220 guys that Clawson used to find (like Boo Boo) to plug in on the back 7. Get him out in space and let him run downhill to the ball...he REALLY seems to like to hit people

Yeah I like what I see from both the JUCO LBs we signed. Maybe it will allow them to redshirt those freshmen LBs they signed and not throw them into the fire right away.

It appears we may have Ra'veion Hargrove back. Trotwood Madison RB was verbaled to BG but de-committed back in October. He had a monster career at Trotwood, he's small but shifty and very fast.

Hargrove reminds me of Eric Page from UT or Dri Archer from Kent. Really quick...really shifty...dangerous in the open field...somewhere in between the two so far as speed goes.

Presley Motes, a JUCO transfer from Eastern Arizona joined the program over the weekend.

Motes is kind of interesting. Looks like he played QB and Punter at Pima CC two years ago and TE at Eastern Arizona College last year. He never caught a pass and his whole highlight video is him lined up at receiver, crack blocking in a wing T offense. I wonder what he'll play here? Looks like a strong, athletic, physical kid.

Today is officially National Signing Day. BG is expecting four more NLIs to come in, fingers crossed for Ra'veion Hargrove.

Apparently, he was supposed to have a signing ceremony at school at 1, but they have a snow day today. Not sure what the plan is now.
