BG loses 64-63.

Frye fouled them with 3.9 seconds left and they made both free throws. Seemed like they couldn't play more than 5 seconds in the final minute without free throws.

What a disappointing loss.

When you have that many missed layups and go 4 minutes without a point that's usually the outcome. BG still needs to win one more game to secure a first-round home game.

Didn't see anything but there last 3 mins but that foul on Frye was garbage. Terrible call.

I thinks it’s now 45-50 in 3 years at BG. With the softest non conference schedules in 30 years of BG basketball and maybe ever. Miami rebuilt and is passing BG, and Ohio and Akron have players waiting (hurt, sitting out) to get those programs back to the top of the division. Is it possible to still be young in year 6?

MAC Championship or bust next year. Only Senior we have is Fox and I believe we have a redshirt and 2 recruits whom can play better than Fox. All Fox gives you is his 3 pt option. He is terrible on D and can't dribble drive at all. With that said, no reason why each player shouldn't improve and we win the MAC next year. Any other school in the MAC, even NIU, I believe would win with this much talent returning. To me, anything less than a MAC title isn't any good.

2 recruits if we actually give out 13 scholarships.

The roster alone won't be enough, I fear. There is no sign of mental toughness on this team, and I haven't seen it in display much at all during Huger's term as coach. This team was talented enough NOW to finish second in a very weak East Division this season, and yet they faltered at the end -- losing games, at home, they absolutely shouldn't have lost.

I fear coaching is the ultimate reason and will remain a very big factor going forward.

Hope I'm wrong.
