SB Nation 2018 Preview

Post by mbenecke »

Bill Connelly of SB Nation has previewed the Falcon Football team for this fall. Our expected wins sit at about 5.7, but we have 8 games that we have a 45% shot or better in. You can read his preview below:

Great work as always by Bill C. The 2018 team will get as far as the defense allows. If a turnaround happens, give credit to Carl Pelini.

Thought this was a fairly accurate ( if perhaps a bit optimistic) view of the Falcons. You'd think our D almost HAS to be better than last yr.
My biggest concern would be lack of depth at QB. Our backups have virtually NO experience so we'd better keep Doege healthy.
Also playing Oregon and Maryland in first 2 weeks is a heck of challenge to whole team physically.
Education our Challenge, Excellence our goal. (look it up)

This is what drives me crazy as a BG fan. We are never consistent.
