If hired, Robin would need to bring better players to BG than what she has recruited to Ashland. Can she do that?

Yes this is just a message board but after CMU dismantled Ohio State well they are calling for their coach to be fired and they go after Fralick. Her name is definitely on the map among hot college coaches.

Ashland is in the Div 2 National Championship game.

Make that 73 straight wins.

Here is a interesting stat. In those 73 wins, that's 292 quarters, Ashland has only been outscored 9 times in 292 quarters. Most of those were in the 4th quarter when they already had a 30 pt lead. This year alone out of 1440 game minutes they have trailed for 26 minutes. Usually only trail when the opposition wins the jump and scores first. That's impressive.

That's crazy. Who would fire a coach that has won the last two Big 10 championships?

With all that talent he couldn't even get to the Sweet 16 in 4 years with Mitchell, Doss and Mavunga. That's why. They fired Jim Foster for the exact same reason and McGuff hasn't done any better.

Well, she wouldn't be able to recruit only white players anymore.

Fwiw, Fralick is on the top of the list of candidates at UVA. That's Virginia. OSU may be interested too. Moose better be in Sioux Falls and talk with her tonight.

Ashland lost in NC game. Streak ends at 73. Now Moose can interview her.

Counterpoint: Ashland lost in NC game. Eliminate Fralick from consideration for the BG job. Her team lost to a Division 2 team. How can we expect her to do well when she's playing D-1 teams???????!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

(And yes, I'm joking)

I wish Toledo was in a position to hire Fralick. She is a star in the making. If you guys manage to pull it off, you’ll be back to the top of the conference in no time..

Oh boy oh boy oh boy oh boy.

On Fralick: She may have turned down Belmont University a year or two back (at least that's what Terry Pluto implied), but BGSU is a better opportunity and also much closer to her current home. That can't hurt.

I guess we will see what happens here soon enough.

Coach Fralick was spotted today with Bob Moosbrugger touring BG's campus along side her family.

If this is true, this is a big deal. I really hope we can get her.
