Well I'm patting myself on my back. I told everybody with three weeks remaining in the season if Roos was fired it will be Fralick. The day she was fired I said it would be Fralick. BG will be back on top in 3 years. Maybe sooner. Yes I was misinformed on the Wednesday thing. My apologies. Hopefully everyone approved this hire, including Stooges and HockeyJohn and gets on board and supports this team. Homerun hire!!!

I guess the rumors of her walking around campus didn't scare her away! Welcome Robyn, Tim & family

Her hire was rumored on Sunday afternoon within the Twittersphere but it's always good to wait until the ink is dry on the contract. Anyone with a brain could have seen her at least getting an interview at BG, just mattered if any other programs came calling.

Fralick has a head-coaching record of 104-3, for an incredible winning percentage of .972. The Eagles won the NCAA Division II National Championship in 2016-17 before returning to the national championship game and earning a runner-up finish in '17-18.

Fralick's winning percentage is the best in NCAA history at any level (minimum of 100 games coached).

About 100k less than Roos and about 80k more than what she was getting at Ashland. Ashland already promoted an assistant to HC.

This feels like a fantastic hire.

I hope to see a PACKED Stroh Center for the first home game to give the athletic department a thumbs up.

You know with the success of Buffalo and CMU this year. Ball State 25 wins. Miami 22 wins and past success of Toledo, in a few years 6 teams could make this conference the top mid major women's basketball conference.
