FWIW he is much better in the final 20 mins or so. Worth a watch. Amps of the aggressiveness.

2nd game. He is playing a guard that is aggressively guarding him and just seems more engaged in the game

Pass around 7:20 is great.
Great pass at 19:20.
This might be a totally different person?

If you are looking for a distributor, this is a distributor.
Tough to say how he would be on D at this level but at 6-7 it wouldn't matter all that much. Someone else can bring the ball up and guard the other team's primary ball handler and he could facilitate the offense when he is in. At the very least he would be 2 years of good depth.

According to ESPN, he had 14.8 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game. He had 18 points when they played against us this year. He had 4 threes that game, and just one turnover. He shot 49% from the field this past season, including 40% from three. He also shot 85% from the free throw line, while also getting 1.3 steals per game.

He poured in 30+ on three separate occasions last year. And he's listed at a good size, too. I didn't watch the clips on him, but he seems like he would be really a solid pickup.

So... is he saying that BSU’s business school/program is better than BG’s?

Looking at VerbalCommits.com, I think we have a strong shot at Mikal Dawson from Huntington, WV. He had three offers but VC recently just shows BG and Marshall left. Today, Marshall used its last open spot for another player at Dawson's SG position. I am assuming he was waiting for the hometown team to offer but just my interpretation of the info provided. 6'4" player with All State honors.

He and Mo Murray have been on the list the longest and would be great adds I think.

Dawson is also really good at football so he might have that route.

Dawson's other offer is Marshall and Marshall has 6 guys listed as SGs in front of him. We have 2, hopefully, that helps. I'd definitely take the Burk kid from Campbell he looks like a pure shooter.

For reference, he would have been
2nd on our team in scoring
Tied for 4th in rebounding
2nd in 3pt %
2nd in Steals

He'd have to sit a year though right?

Yes. Would have 2 years. Seems like an ideal pairing with Turner. Their strengths would compliment eachother and he would stretch the floor for him.

Verbalcommits reports BG of being one of three to offer Burks. The others the dreaded Ball State and IUPUI.
