We have 2019 offers out to QB Maverick McIvor and DL Maverick Hansen. I don't recall us ever recruiting a kid named Maverick and now we're in on two?

Mel Gibson is a bit old for college football and James Garner died a few years ago.

Well then how about Tom Cruise. Still athletic enough to do his own stuff. Maybe we can add a guy named Goose to the recruit list as well.

I'm thankful to have recruiting news at all. No football verbals yet, as I understand it. Looking forward to seeing what's ahead.

Got impression from Mike Jinks that we should start hearing about some verbals in next couple of weeks. He mentioned this at coaches caravan in CLE a few weeks ago.(not sure why mid June was targeted time)

A tweet today from one of new asst. coaches indicated 2 verbals on defense side, but no names released. Miami and tsun have 14 and 9 verbals so far. Jinks said to expect BG to begin getting verbals about now, so perhaps this is the start.
