The 7-day free trials of Fubo and Sling will allow you to watch Pac-12 Network, FYI.
The longer the walk, the farther you crawl.

I'm going the Fubo route. I plan to cancel it Sunday morning.

It's on my sling package but I won't be able to watch it live.

You do have to add the Extra Sports Package which include several Pac 12 stations. I believe you need to add the sports package when you select your initial package. You cannot go back and amend your original package. You can then cancel your subscription at the end of the 7-Day trial

Another option if somebody is willing to post the username and password is one person could sign up with FuboTV, select the unlimited devices feature on the account, and then share the username and password. Then people can download the Pac-12 app and stream the game on their devices through the Pac-12 app.. Not sure how legal that is but is another option.

Buckeye Cable (Erie County at least) carries PAC-12 on channel 698.

I"m not seeing PAC-12 Network being offered on my Sling currently? It was on there as an included channel in the Sports Extra Package a few weeks ago, but now I do not see it?

Likely will go Fubo TV trial route. . .

It is on Fubo but you have to add the extra sports package to get all the Pac-12 channels. Fubo also does give you the option to DVR the game as well

Sling is offering a free preview of PAC 12 network through September 17. If you sign up for the free trial of basic service (either Blue or Orange) you get it.

It appeared in my line-up today.
