Former Falcon, Jon Berti, was called up by the Toronto Nlue Jays, and will start at 2nd base today vs Houston Astros. Game is on MLB baseball at 4pm today.

I remember watching him his freshman year at BG (I think I was a junior or senior) and thinking how much natural talent he had compared to players on either team. The only surprising thing about this to me is that it took him so long to make it from the minor leagues to the Big Show.

Thought I saw him playing for Akron earlier in yr. how’d he wind up in Toronto?
