New Construction by Pizza Pub 516

That old building next to the old Myles (now Pizza Pub 516) was torn down a couple months ago. I was excited thinking it would become better parking for pizza. Now they're building a new building there. I'm not sure what the building was (I think somebody once said it was a Head Shed), but I'm wondering what it will be. It's being built as two stories which makes me wonder if it will be apartments upstairs. Has anybody heard? Is it a new store front? New restaurant? Some kind of bank?

I saw this, and I was also hoping for more parking but was disappointed when they started building something on that lot.

I believe it is apartments on the the top floor and a Tropical Smoothie shop on the first floor.
