I'm going to my son's gig at the Empire in an hour. At least I will enjoy that. You can't spot anyone a 17 pts lead in 8 mins...esp when you're not a good team. Time to make the move...We had our chance and coaching staff failed to capitalize time and time again. This was a winnable game.

I usually try to find a way to watch games. I've now stopped. Didn't even check on the score today. Watched games on TV and actually forgot it was going on for most of the afternoon. That is called apathy. It will kill a university sports program much quicker than anger.

I think we will be able to move the ball and score on them a bit. I just have a hard time seeing us stopping their offense, even with them being down to their backup at QB. Doege and Clair must both have big games for us to have a shot. If we can somehow control the clock and win the turnover battle, we might have a prayer. I'll be glad to be wrong about this one. Jinks is now 5-2 in conference play through three years when playing against a team starting or playing most of the game with a backup QB.

I think Freak mentioned a need to look at another punter a few weeks ago. More importantly, the BG broadcast team said we “ don’t have a D-1 punter on the field now” I’ve never heard Todd Walker w/ so many negative comments and Gibson point out so many screw ups. Heck! At least they’re getting PAID to watch this year!

Does anyone know the story on the JUCO punter that was here all spring. Cooper Lee. Did he just leave? Get arrested? Just realize Jinks is a horrible football coach?
