No team shop

Post by footballguy51 »

The team shop closed in the Stroh. It sounds like it is gone for good. Every other college has a team shop in their arena, but ours was closed because business was slow. I’m disappointed. They were busy on game days. Perhaps they should have only opened for games.

Elite Collegiate Apparel is practically right across the street from the Stroh. Last time I was in there it looked like they had a better selection that what the team shop ever had.

Disappointing, but not the end of the world.

And like CF said above, Elite Collegiate is right across the way and has phenomenal selection. That's my go-to for BG gear nowadays.

I guess they could put a sign there now directing people to Elite.

Any ideas for what they should use the space for now? Falcon nesting area, scholarship counter/analytics center (Huger I'm looking at you), or NCAA tourney watch room? The options are limitless!!

I live in a city where the NFL yes the NF freaking L team doesn't have a "Team Store" on premises.

I'm certain the Falcon Outfitters will have a kiosk on gamedays at the arena similar to what they do for football.
