For one, yes, and the other, no. I was 99% sure going into it that Brady was #1. I knew I knew #2 because she called me by name, but I wasn't sure who it was.

Honored to be a SICSIC alumnus. Class of 80 along with Steve Shutt. Had some great times. When you see these folks, let em know they're doing a great job for the university. It's a lot of hard work, but well worth it. Can and will share details if anyone is interested, EXCEPT what SICSIC stands for. That is and will continue to be a closely guarded secret.

I thought members of SICSIC kept their idenity secret even after graduation. Keeping the whole "secret society" thing underwraps. Is that not the case?

My roomate and I ran into two SICSIC members our senior year - I think at Brathaus - they knew us, but did not let on to their idenity.

bc ziggy 58 clue me in.

SICSIC is definitely one of the cool BG traditions that you appreciate as you continue through school and years after.

Two questions: 1. For Saxy, did u ever ask your friend about it? And did u ever want to reveal the secret? I'm not a spoil-sport I've just heard that people have tried to unmask SICSIC people.

2. Bc Ziggy, how did u join SICSIC and did it ever get in the way academically?

You CAN'T join SICSIC. You are selected by the President and your charge is to support/create/provide school spirit and so on. MEMBERSHIP IS KEPT SECRET - as I recall. (okay answered my own question BC Ziggy - your unmaksed your senior year)

Unless something has drastically changed since I was a student - it is not like trying out for band or rushing a fraternity. So relax - your chances of getting into SICSIC are about zero. - Just like mine was and the other 99.999999% of the student body.

NO. I am VERY big on tradition and while we had our suspicions, my friends and I KEPT QUIET so as to not ruin anything, for him or for the tradition.

If I remember correctly, you go through secret auditions now, but I could be wrong.

The question would remain as to how you get an audition. I would assume that, since membership is voted on by the existing members, getting an audition is difficult - due mainly on the issue of secrecy.

I don't know - I feel like if I learn too much about SICSIC, men in black suits will come to my house to clean my memory. Isn't that the cool thing we all like about SIC SIC!
