TV will do. Virginia to Ohio is a bit far.

Anybody else feel that Carl Peleni just doesn't care. He shows no emotion whatsoever when the cameras pan over him.

The team doesn't care either. This game has been a comedy of errors.

3rd and 11 from the 15 and we run the ball setting up a shorter FG. REALLY???? We are an embarrassment and I wish this game wasn't on tv. Can only further damage our program.

The only people paying attention to this game are gamblers.

How is the crowd? From limited crowd shots it looks about like an EMU of old game.

Really ready for news about the coach search, which is still a month and change away.

I know Kent has been wildly inconsistent on offense this whole year. And I know the QB is having an off day.
But goodness. Give some credit to our defense. This is looking like a team coached by a defensive coordinator.

Playing a team they match up with helps a lot. Still some issues with tackling but they look engaged. Can't say the same for the offense.

Marcus Milton with a nice punt return to the Kent State 36ish, and Grant Loy comes in to run the ball for 4 yards to end the 3rd quarter.

21-13 Flashes, but BG is threatening.

Loy stays in and runs 25 yards on a keeper on the first play of the 4th quarter.

Doege comes back in and throws a TD pass to Hargrove!

We went for 2 and we got it! Doege to Quintin Morris!

21 all, 13:29 to play in the 4th.

At the end of the game Kent rushed only 3 and dropped back 8. We needed our 5 linemen and an extra blocker to stop their three, leaving only four receivers against eight dbs, meaning double coverage everywhere.
No chance. Tom Brady couldn't succeed in those circumstances. Mike Jinks' offensive line development was ... not good.
Whoever the next coach is will have to rebuild from scratch. If you can't protect your QB against a three man rush from a 1 win team, you need some major building.

As for the crowd I am fairly certain if you don’t count the band there were less than 800 people in attendance.

Agreed, the whole program needs an overhaul. The team expects to lose and this culture is the first thing that needs to change, I'm convinced this is what Moose was talking about during the press conference after Jinks was fired, that the student athletes deserve better. This is why I believe hiring a coach who has won something at the collegiate level is so important, the young men need to buy into someone who can back up the talk. I also believe there's still a lot of untapped talent on the roster that the coaching staff has failed to bring out.
