Uju just did some of the worst D I have ever seen.
Re: BG v St, Johns 11/9
He's never played hard ever. Well I guess I don't mean hard as much as physical. He's never been physical.Globetrotter wrote:I have been watching here and there.
With how passive Wiggins is it makes me wonder if there is an injury we don't know about.
Play hard or sit down.
He's had some nice passes since I turned it on and made some free throws.
Our guys have no ability to finish in traffic at all. If they get any contest at the room they're just content to go to the line.

That offensive fall call on fry was awful.
Re: BG v St, Johns 11/9
Was up by 11. Now down by 3.
Frye and Turner gone 9 minutes each without scoring. Went 6 minutes without even attempting a shot as they constantly tried to feed Cupcake Wiggins instead. Wiggins isn't giving them anything. Yeah he made 6 free throws. Oh boy. Can't make a shot. Lots of turnovers and no offensive rebounds. We had the 11 point lead with 3 point offense. 10 made threes!!! Then Huger decided to stop that and feed to Cupcake

I don't like cupcake. It has some negative homophobic type feel to it. What's something that falls apart as soon as you touch it? And then flails all about.gmartin wrote:Was up by 11. Now down by 3.

Not playing Mattos is a huge mistake. He is very good.

Wiggins is probably the weakest big man I have seen in my entire life playing basketball.

Maybe Mattos is injured or suspended. If you watched the first two games and then said to yourself "Lets not play Mattos" you should be fired.
Re: BG v St, Johns 11/9
Huger has long thought Wiggins was a dominant big that deserved to not only be on the court constantly but to run our offense through him.Globetrotter wrote:With Wiggins playing so poorylt how do you not play Mattos? Is he hurt?

We won't shoot this well from 3 this year. We aren't going to win many games.
Re: BG v St, Johns 11/9
Frye and Turner now 13 min without any points. Ok, Wiggins you go from cupcake to pattycake. Show something for us. Push your weight around. You have your height over the whole team. you are a senior not a freshman. we can still win this game but we need a few defensive stops

No question that he is at best our 3rd best player and maybe 4th. With a normal coaching staff I wouldn't be surprised if Mattos ended up starting over him before the end of the year.hammb wrote:Huger has long thought Wiggins was a dominant big that deserved to not only be on the court constantly but to run our offense through him.Globetrotter wrote:With Wiggins playing so poorylt how do you not play Mattos? This is about what I expected for minutes. Everyone knows that Plowden eventually plays PF so why not just do it now?
