Buffalo hit a three to tie it with 6.6 seconds left, but NIU made a layup with 0.6 seconds left. Fans stormed the court, but they had to leave because Buffalo called a timeout. After a bit, play resumed and NIU intercepted the inbound pass for the win.
The Bulls are damn good, but they're beatable. The Stroh better be packed on February 1st at 8pm. No excuses.
Following tonight's results, BG moves into sole possession of first place in the MAC. Not bad for a team picked to finish 12th out of 12 in the conference.
