The BGSU men's basketball team (17-7, 9-2), fresh off their comeback victory against Central Michigan, now heads on the road to play the Northern Illinois Huskies, who are 12-13 and enter this game coming off a loss to Western Michigan. The game will tip-off on Saturday, February 16th at 4:30pm, and it can be viewed on ESPN3.

NIU is a fairly average basketball team. What worries me about them is they are the only other team to beat Buffalo in the MAC this year, so they certainly have the ability to hang tough with good teams.

This is a game that our Falcons should win, but it's never easy on the road. I just hope they come in focused and ready to move to 10-2 in the MAC.

Currently up 42-29 at half! Very nice half from the boys! With Akron and Miami both losing early today would be very nice win! Let's close this out strong

We won. Coasted in this one. Surprised didn't get more pt for the end of the bench. I would like to see them get Gadsden and Mattos some more minutes.

14-2 run to get it to 12 down by NIU with 4:55 to go you don’t clear the bench. Can you imagine the comments on this board if we lost? Would love to see the young bigs get pt but you play to win the game.

Then at 3:40 Frye hits a layup that puts us up 17.
Then at 3:26 Lillard puts us up by 20.

Mattos and Gadsden need minutes. I don't care when we give it to them but up 20 with 3:30 to go seems like a good time. We can always put our starters back in.

No they didn't go right in. That's the point. They went in at 1:02.

No idea of our OC is tweeting. This is a basketball forum. Twitter matters in recruiting. He needs to get on it if he isn't.
