Waiver has officially been denied, per Nick Piotrowicz of the Blade.

Complete bullshit....he and everyone else who was denied should sue citing the Fields and Doege waivers

Fields was warranted. Do some research on the hostile situation he was in at Georgia and you’d be surprised it hasn’t been discussed more.

But Doege, you’re absolutely right.

Yeah...the racial animus directed towards Fields is a unique dimension. Let's go with Marvell and Doege.

Assume you mean Martell. Even he had a unique situation and with a good attorney, he was able to get waiver. Although, was funny NCAA tweaked rules in the Spring because of Fields and Martell.

Only three QBs that I can think of that received waivers since changes were Doege, Matthew Baldwin and Johnny Langan.

At least five or more had waivers denied.

I think it was ludicrous and patently unfair to "tighten the rules" after approving two power school transfers.

Like Tarkaninan said: "The NCAA got so mad at Kentucky, they gave Cleveland State two extra years of probation."

The NCAA, where the rules are made up, and applied arbitrarily anyways.

Absolutely. They count on burying people in paperwork and making the process the punishment regardless of the outcome hoping people won't have the wherewithal to see it through. It's time to call their bluff. There's no way a judge would agree with such arbitrary applications of a so-called "rule."
