The last year or so of BG basketball has been amazing. I hope it’s not a mirage and Huger really is building something special here. I want the guy to have all the success in the world here.

1 more scholarship available before different chips fall by the end of the season. I am hoping that it goes to VonCameron Davis. Then maybe we go the Juco route if there are dome defections.

From what I was told the above was wrong and Fulcher is a 2 guard. Still looking for a point guard for next years class.

Zeigler may end up being a PG but I think he seems like more of a 2 as well with his size and skill set. I think we'll find out soon with the possibility of a Laster suspension.

That's obviously not set in stone. Metheny is the purest of those point guards while Fields, Zeigler, Fulcher and Turner can all do it. Turner and the mess in terms of depth around the bigs and who carves out a role this year could change who is here.

Methany reminds me of two of our old timers: Jimmy Darrow and Howard Komives! I love how he runs down the court, stops on a dime from 25', and stabs it with a lightning-quick release!

I must confess: I grew up listening to my Dad rave about those two every single time we got together at a BG basketball game. I go as far back as Ron Hammye, but I feel like I know those guys from seeing film clips and listening to my Dad.
