More than that. I’ve been coming to Notre Dame games for 40 years now. My dad and I used to stay in Sturgis, MI (like 75 minutes away) or even Toledo when we used to come from Warren. Everything else was booked. And that was when the stadium seated 59,000.

Hotel rates around campus are expensive even during non-football months. My nephew had a hockey tournament at ND's ice arena in January and the rates were still $200-300 a night. It's a no-brainer to save a lot of money on rooms 90 miles away, especially for a game you know you're not going to win.

Let's not forget that it was a later kick off. It's not like they had to be there for a noon start time
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

We had a great time at ND and the stadium is sweet...not a bad seat in the house. We were in Sec 116, row 10. A section over from the band. Just wish we had a more competitive team at this time,

Tsun week....BEAT TOLEDO.

22 commits in our class next year, and 21 are team captains in high school right now.

Loeffler clearly values leadership, and I think that's really important.
