Kruse: Yeah. His freshman season I was astounded by his passing. Last season, not so much, trying to pass through four sticks in the high slot. No improvement this season.
Musser made the save of the game. I forget if it was in the first or third period, but BG was shooting north. Dop had some action to his left (east side), and then the puck went to a Bronco in the circle to Dop's right. Musser saw an open net, hustled over, and knelt on the goal line, stopping the shot.

It’s tied 1-1 after two tonight. I haven’t been able to watch the game (not paying for the NCHC stream) but I’m loosely following on Twitter. Sounds as though we’re being outshot pretty good. Rauhauser has our goal.
Win the last 20 minutes, win the game. Let’s go!

FALCONS WIN, 2-1!
After a scoreless third period, Cameron Wright buried his 5th of the year 11 seconds into OT for the game-winner.
We’re now 3-2 with 2 big wins over WMU. Time to get ready for Tech to come into town next weekend - hoping for a packed barn. Go Falcons!

Eric Dop had a great weekend. If he isn't goalie of the week for the WCHA, I will be quite upset.
This weekend, BG looked like the team from last year. There was so much improvement from last week. Defensively we played much better. Dop played like a number 1 goalie. The penalty kill was great. All in all, a great weekend with much improvement.

Maybe bombing out of the Ice Breaker like we did was the medicine the team needed. I didn't think we'd lose much when Bednard left, I've always been high on Dop. I sound like a broken record, but I really like the underclassmen.

Great bounce back weekend. This is what good programs do. Winning the season series on WMU may be big come later in the year with the PWR. They have a solid team and should make some noise in the NCHC.

Thanks for the link. Wow, the WMU arena looked all but empty.
