With many leagues folding up league tournaments I wouldn't at all be surprised if next years WCHA tournament was only the Top 4 teams and may even in one week rather then the best of three semis and one game final. Semis Friday night and finals Saturday night with a consolation game.
Still time for this to be hashed out but having all 8 teams making the tournament in our traditional setting I'm guessing won't happen especially as much travel that's in our league
