Everett Fitzhugh gets the call
Everett Fitzhugh gets the call
A lot of us remember Everett when he was the very talented radio voice of the Falcons while a student at BG. He just got announced as the lead broadcaster for the brand new NHL franchise, the Seattle Kraken. With the gig, he becomes the first black team broadcaster in NHL history. Pretty cool stuff. Very happy for Everett.

Fantastic news! Best of luck to Everett.
Re: Everett Fitzhugh gets the call
Very happy for Everett. We always tried to see him when the Cyclones were in Toledo. He'll have to teach the Kraken how to do wholesale line changes.
All is for the best in this best of all possible worlds.
Re: Everett Fitzhugh gets the call
Anyone who heard him doing Falcon games knew this would happen someday.
Congrats, Everett!
Congrats, Everett!
I love people who can laugh at themselves. It saves me the effort.

This is great. I love to see BG grads continue to excel at the NHL level in all aspects, whether it's playing, coaching, front office or broadcasting. There are few schools that have the wide range of talent in all these areas that BG has produced through the years.
