BG to host Ball State

The BGSU men's basketball team, 17-10 and 10-8 in the MAC, will be the eighth seed and host ninth seed Ball State, 15-12 and 10-8, at 7 p.m., Monday, March 7 in a first round MAC Tournament game. The winner will face the top seed, Miami, at 7 p.m., Thursday, March 10.

Under Dan Dakich, BGSU is 4-0 in the first round of the MAC Tournament, including a 90-81 victory over Ball State in 2003 in Muncie.

I'll take it, no doubt. If this is the case, I guess we were lucky to find the "backdoor." We must.....MUST.....play better than we have in our last two or Ball State will run us out of Anderson Arena. After all that happened today, to get a home game is like a dream. This is our second chance, I hope we take advantage of it.

Well we got 46.5 hours to get ready and fired up!! If the team doesnt come out strong for this game then I dont have anything else to say. Maybe McMetz will streak the floor at halftime to get the crowd more fired up.

God I hope not...AA doesn't have enough restrooms for all the vomiting that may ensue!
