I want to give credit where it's due - that was a nice and-one finish from Swingle there to tie it at 39.

Under 16, App State leads 44-43. Swingle with a nice left hander off the glass to cut it to 1 before the media timeout. He's having a pretty nice game offensively, with 9 points. He has a size advantage inside, so if we could keep pounding it inside, it might eventually open up the outside game.

Diggs has been quiet tonight, as he's been held out of the scoring column. Would be nice if we could get him more involved.

BG is working hard now, and we're up 53-48 near the U-12 timeout. Juice is cooking, and Diggs got a bucket, and we're suddenly looking strong.

That up and under with the left hand finish is something Mattos just simply couldn’t do. Swingle definitely has flaws and would be my vote for player to frustrate this board the most this year, but you can see the potential. Michigan game was all kinds of frustrating as he just couldn’t stay on the floor. Needs to keep learning how to use his body and let’s not get it twisted, he looks absolutely GASSED when he’s on the floor for an extended period of time. But I’m a fan, I’m here for the inevitable inconsistencies, as long as he mixes in some ceiling games.

10:45 left, BG is up 58-48. Diggs just hit a big corner three and Juice hit some free throws to extend our lead to 10. Huge stretch there - now we have to battle to hold onto the lead.

Under 8 in the 2nd half, BG leads 64-54.

Juice continues to cook them as he drives to the rim. App State continues to hang around because of their outside shooting - currently have made 9 threes at a 43% clip.

They're playing a zone to force the ball out of Turner's hands. We'll need to hit shots down the stretch. Paging #11...

3:39 left, App State has cut the lead to 2.

BG needs some clutch buckets/stops to close this out. We're actually in pretty good position defensively, they're just making unreal shots from deep. Feels like they can't miss.

With 56 seconds left, Metheny fouled on a made three. Brutal mistake there, and App State has a chance to tie it at 69.

Overtime. Sucks to blow a 12 point lead, but 2020 will do that to you.

Gotta fight in extra time on the road. We'll have to create our own momentum.

Nervous for OT assuming App st sticks with the 1-3-1. Looked like we were about to run them out of the gym with 5 or so minutes left until they switched to a zone.
