BG should've had a goal 30 seconds in. It got behind the goalie, but never crossed the line. Really close early.

Mercyhurst gets one instead. Weird bounce gets Rose out of rhythm and they made him pay. Mercyhurst up 1-0 with 15:56 left in the first period.

We have another minute of PP acting to open the 2nd. Need to be a little bit more crisp out there.

End of 2, Mercyhurst leads 1-0.

Seems like we've mostly controlled this game (besides their goalie standing on his head), but we haven't found the back of the net despite 3 quality chances.

Have to find a way in the 3rd.

Barber misses an empty net. 6 on 4 for the last 9 sec of the 3rd. Gould gets robbed with one sec left. First loss of the season. No diamond cutter this weekend.

Hot goaltender and a lack of actual shooters (missing that snipe from the blueline). Credit Mercyhurst for being very disruptive on defense.

This goalie is legit, but BG finally got one past him after carrying most of the period.

Theocharidis on the goal. BG leads 1-0 with 3:47 left in the first.

Shots were 16-5 in favor of the Falcons. If this goalie wasn't dominating (just like yesterday) we'd be crushing them.
