We haven't played even close to good basketball yet this game, but we're up. Need a strong close to the half and a good 2nd half effort to get this one. I'd love for the good version of this team to show up at some point today.

These officials continue to just be god-awful today, though. Man, I'm getting sick of this lead official - he's always been all about himself, it feels like he always gets BG's big games, and we never get a good performance out of him.

BG whistled for 15 fouls in the first half. That was brutal. Plowden, Swingle, Turner, Metheny, Fulcher, Zeigler, and Washington all have 2 fouls at the half. Have to be careful with this crew in the 2nd half and somehow find some momentum. Feels like a minor miracle that we're somehow up at the half, with them shooting 20 free throws and us shooting 32% from the field.

Refs picked up right where they left off in the first half. Plowden and Swingle both have 3 fouls now with a ton of game left. Swingle has 8 points and has been really solid this game, so it's only natural that they'd attack him and get him in foul trouble, right? Woof.
