The Nacho bubble burst. CC on lockdown for two weeks
Nebraska is also trending in the wrong direction CV-19 wise......could be a tough place to have a "bubble" over the next few weeks.

The ECHL North Division shut down for the season. Evan Pivnick is the voice of the Adirondack Thunder and will be affected. Chris Nell is listed as one of the Thunder goaltenders though he's also listed with the Allen Americans so he'll likely have a gig (I admit I'm not up on all the ECHL roster rules so someone may be able to clear that up).

I don't know everything either (who does?!) but I did see that players might be able to sign freely with other teams for one season, with their old team retaining their rights for next year.

If that ends up the case, I wouldn't be shocked if we added another game in that time frame, if possible.
UPDATE: It's officially been moved to December 5 (home) and December 6 (away). So we won't have any games next week, after previously having 3 on the schedule. Bummer, but glad the guys should be able to spend some time at "home" for the holiday.

The WCHA just announced that the MSU-BSU rematch for tonight is postponed indefinitely. Mavs tested positive.

Oddly, neither team had any positives before Sunday's game.

Northern just shut down for 3 weeks due to an outbreak on the team. Their first 6 games of the season are cancelled.

This season can't seem to get any traction going.

Yeah I don’t think hockey or men’s basketball has much chance of putting together anything more than a patchwork season. This thing isn’t slowing down and you’re talking about an indoor sport where guys are on top of each other throughout entire practices and games. It’s unfortunate...hopefully the vaccines start to curb it a little and next year we can get back to having legitimate seasons. I think this year is just going to be marred with teams canceling games nonstop.

I can't say 100%, but it sounds like they are using quick tests. False positives will only contribute to the chaos of the season. No vaccine will fix that.

Ferris is now shut down. Their non-conference series with LSSU has been canceled. Lakers are going to play Adrian now in a home and home Friday/Sunday this weekend.

At the rate we're going we should consider letting Adrian in as a non-conference associate this year.

Wasn't sure where to post this and didn't want to create a new thread, but we got a real nice mention on USCHO.

Also moved up two spots in the latest poll, despite the split. Either some teams above had more egregious losses, or they viewed the loss as the fluke that it was.

Western got destroyed. Then in their next game they got annihilated. They were one spot ahead of us so that certainly contributed.
