Following the midweek victory over Robert Morris, our 7th-ranked Falcons (9-1-0) will head to Big Rapids, MI for a WCHA conference series with the Ferris State Bulldogs (0-4-0). Game 1 will be on Saturday, 1/2, with Game 2 on Sunday, 1/3. Both games will begin at 3:07pm. The full series will be available to stream ($) on https://www.flohockey.tv.

Ferris is fresh off a 6-5 OT loss to Northern Michigan on Wednesday night.

A few weeks ago, our boys had a home/home series with this team, sweeping them 3-2 and 6-2. I'm hoping for more of the same this weekend to get a strong start to WCHA play, as there are only 14 league games this year, meaning every single game is so, so important. We can't afford to be dropping these types of games.

Yes. On the official lines, he’s listed as scratched. I think it’s just a typo.

Max Johnson is out of the lineup again today. I hope he’s back soon.

Great win, boys. Really nice effort in the final 20 minutes. Always great to get a win on the road, especially in conference play.

7 consecutive wins. 10-1-0 on the season. 1-0-0 in WCHA action. 18-1-2 in our last 21, dating back to last season.

I love this team right now. Get the sweep tomorrow afternoon.
