Also saw a snide comment from one of their boosters about Gould, referencing his "inability to play behind his own blue line." Why is it Eigs can get him to buy in but Shawhan can't? Would love to hear how the Tech Nation rationalizes THAT one.

He went to Tech to play for Mel Pearson.

The way things are starting to look for the upcoming CCHA, Shawhan won't last another 5 years as head coach.

Oh, without a doubt. I read what Tech fans were saying about him when he parted ways. Shawhan is no Pearson who is no Ty Eigner.

Certain antics will not be tolerated. Also, Mel Pearson has made his stance on what the future of NCAA hockey should look like (more closely resembling the NHL game). I'm most certain the BGSU coaching staff is on board with that. Lucia, should be as well.
