vs. CMU (2/17)

Post by BillyLP »

Good matchup between top 3 teams in the MAC tonight. It's their first and only time playing each other this season. CMU has a backcourt duo that is probably the best in the MAC in Micaela Kelly and Molly Davis. Both average over 20 ppg and they combined for 67 points against Kent in their last game. It will be a great test for the freshmen guards on BG. Looking forward to watching tonight.

Great win. They defended the two star guards incredibly well and made it a pretty decisive victory. Lexie Fleming could end up being one of the best players in history here.

Fantastic team win over a tough CMU team. Fleming leads with 20pts. Clamped down on the defense and improved rebounding. Impressive efforts against some CMU players that have put up large numbers over their careers.

I'm so excited to see BG women's basketball getting the program back to where it should be (competing, and winning, MAC titles.) It's been a great job by Coach Fralick and her staff.

Madisen Parker is now 5th all-time at BGSU for made 3-point shots. Who is ahead of her (4,3,2,1)?

Prochaska and Pontius are #1 and #2, I know. I have to imagine Liz Honegger is one of the others but I'm not sure who the fourth would be. I'm sure it's in the pdf they release before every season on the website.

Not sure how Parker is 5th. Looks like top 10 in terms of MAKES. Unless it’s based upon % of shots made. :-k

Even then % makes still places her below 5th. Curious as to how this was calculated.

OK, looking again shows her “ total makes” in 5th. But all these numbers don’t seem right. For example, she’s made 107 THIS SEASON? :-k
