Quite simple - you can't let 4 power plays go by the wayside and expect to win.

4-1 end of 2

We have no sense of urgency. Losing all the battles this period.

Playing like we just got off a week long bender at uptown/downtown.

End of Two, NMU leads 4-1.

I’m done watching this team for the night. They don’t want to play, I won’t watch.

Have to bounce back tomorrow night.

Same.

Part of me hopes it ends tomorrow night. They've played poorly down the stretch and aren't deserving a seat for the dance.

None of the goals were his fault.

Doesn't matter. The team playing like crap in front of him. Pull him to jump start them.

NMU wins, 4-3.

I think BG wins tomorrow night and forces a Game 3 on Sunday. Just a hunch.

If they play with urgency they'll win both games. NMU couldn't hang when BG was actually skating and attacking the net.

Nonetheless, if I were on the committee I think LSSU and Bemidji is more attractive than this team.

This loss destroys any chance for an NCAA at-large bid. Only way we make the dance now is to win the next four.

They're in if they get to the final. Beating LSSU in the semis will be enough to leap them.
