This fighting at the end is nonsense. Northern is certainly bringing it on themselves with talking, but we’re way too undisciplined. A shameful way to end this series.

Conquest, Pitters, and Wright have all been ejected here in the final few minutes.

What a disappointing season. Our program does have a culture problem with mid season collapses and not showing up to play, and that's not unique to Ty, it was certainly a problem with berge and they need to fix it already. Embarrassing. I also agree that the much vaunted class of seniors is pretty disappointing. I don't want to hear how they left it better than they found it. They didn't. They maintained mediocrity. It's time to make the jump from ok to great and they failed at that.

Those little bitches love to chirp, so Cameron Wright responds with some shoves and he’s sent off in what is potentially his final game as a Falcon.
I'd be chirping too. BG got embarrassed in this series by an inferior team. Laughing stock of college hockey this year.

FINAL: NMU wins 5-1.

Season may be over. It’ll depend on a few things, but BG is certainly in a tough spot and far from likely to make the dance.

WCHA will get three teams max, and that's being liberal. No way BG is part of that discussion when they lost the H2H to BSU and LSSU.

This team has been checked out mentally since they went up to Mankato and realized that they just didn't measure up even remotely to Minnesota State.

It's actually better off ending this way anyways. They just would have got embarrassed in the in the NCAAs. North Dakota or BC would put seven or eight up on these guys. Soft D, mediocre goaltending.

If you have trouble scoring on a kid that was just playing in the "NA" back in January how are you going to score on UND, BC or Wisconsin's goaltender??

Disappointing end to a once promising season. Sad to see this senior class go out this way.

Vanderbeck should be out for at least 2 games for that cross-check to Conquest. Add in the player that drilled Cullen from behind into the boards and Northern should be shorthanded next weekend. Unfortunately, we all know the supplemental disciplinary policy is only imposed when Hastings asks for it.
