Coaching Staff

There’s been a bit of a shakeup on the offensive side of the ball, when it comes to the coaching staff.

Loeffler is giving up his playcalling duties to focus on the overall team.

Terry Malone goes from OC/OL coach to OC (with playcalling) and RB coach.

Greg Nosal goes from RB coach to TE coach.

Chris Hedden goes from TE coach to OL coach.

Very interested to see what this does to the offense.

I like it. Loeffler can manage the game, clock, etc better when not focused on the mechanics of choosing, calling plays and getting them in. See things he may not have seen-Match ups. Pay more attention to other aspects of team. Id call it a step forward.

She was Ohio U’s Director of Volleyball Ops for 1.5 years, Ole Miss’ DOVO for 3 years, and Texas Tech’s DOVO for 1.5 years.
