Weed should be both decriminalized and legalized across the US.

It is here in Michigan....based on some of the names of th products seized, I would guess he was buying it up here or in another state where it's legal and re-selling in Ohio
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

Tough. Marlon was a good kid, from my interactions with him. I'm a little surprised he's still hanging out in BG - he's a Miami kid, and he seems to love it at home.

Rooting for him to get back on track with his life.

While I don't disagree with you, how hard is it to NOT break the law? I mean...come on.

Every one of us breaks it every day.

Seriously = EVERY single citizen breaks a law every day.

It comes down to enforcement.

Now - that PARTICULAR law? Pretty easy to avoid. BUT, I would not remotely be surprised to find out what he really did was look at a police officer on a bad day.

You know, if you are a black man in America, it honestly doesn't matter what you do. You WILL get busted for some dumbass s**t, and it's fairly likely that you may not even have done it, but you'll go to jail for it anyway.

You grow up expecting it. You grow up knowing that nothing you do will actually impact weather or not you go to jail. So f**k it, you do what you want.

This is what happens when punishments do not consistently have anything to do with wrongdoing. Raise your kids that way - by randomly going apeshit over stuff you let slide before so they have NO idea what is cool and what is not and they will end up doing the same thing. Whatever the f**k they want, since it apparently makes no difference.

Using weed is one thing but dealing is entirely another issue. It appears he was dealing. Sad, I hope it wakes him up.

No....dealing weed should not be an issue at all either.
