Special kind of weird to regularly visit an amateur team website; and contribute nothing but negativity, pessimism and venom regarding just about everything related to the team?!? The students, the coaches, the fans, the administration, the players, the financials…… some of these folks should be studied by mental health professionals, and maybe put on a watch list.

“ what are you doing honey?”….. “I’m on the BG Football website. God, I hate them so much ! I’ll be up in an hour once I get my fill”.
It’s not my point of view, it’s a fact.

Bold to assume they're married.

“Honey” can apply to the dog, turtle, blow up doll or the remains of the missing Miller boy…..

It's also a fallacy to presume that they feel EVERYTHING about the program is bad or that they'd put it in a negative light. Let's be honest here: the way this program has been mishandled for the last five years would make even the most optimistically natured person go negative. It's hard to find coaches as bad as Jinks was; you almost have to try to deliberately sabotage your football program by making that hire. Anyone could see that from Day 1, and a lot of folks in here did.

You don't want to see constant negativity toward your football program?

Easy solution: be better.

Five years has no relevance...we're looking at the past two heading into year three of the current staff. The constant bitching and moaning about the same s**t over and over again gets old...particularly when you press the malcontents for a solution and they don't really have one.

Not sure the comments above are entirely necessary. Maybe I'm alone in that opinion ... or maybe I'm just old and grumpy.

Pashaw...I, for one, found great humor in the irony of a masturbation joke coming from the people that circle jerk about our coaching staff constantly. Keeps the board interesting.

Summer camps started last weekend on campus so probably be hearing more news in July/August regarding offers and verbals.

This. First off I LOVE the news he's planning on coming to BG, and I saw his tweet that he said he was "1000% committed to BG." Yes, he said 1,000 percent, which would lead one to believe this is what he wants to do. But with the way so many guys break commitments these days, I often take them with a grain of salt not matter what percent they toss out. I'm not directing this towards Griffith and I really hope he does sign and come to BG. But in this day and age, I'm surprised when a guy gives a verbal and actually sticks to it and signs, and I'm stunned when a guy actually plays his collegiate career at one school and doesn't transfer anymore. College football's retention rate for a player who signs at a school - and stays at that school and not transfer - makes the percentage of married couples who stick together without divorcing look outstanding these days.
GO BG!!!

For those of you that don't know, I belong to the UM 24/7 board and spend more time than I should over there. There is 100% ZERO evidence that this kid was ever offered by Michigan or REMOTELY on the recruiting radar. There are four or five names making the rounds over there and he's not one of them.

He was offered in January 2019 by Ben McDaniels, who has since departed for the Texans, which I'm guessing means the offer wasn't in play anymore, but that doesn't mean he wasn't rEmOtElY oN tHe ReCrUiTiNg RaDaR #-o

There are cursory offers that go out to schools you have a relationship with (Biff Poggi being a former assistant) to help get a kid's name out there and there are committtable offers. I cannot make this anymore clear, this kid's name has NEVER been mentioned AT ALL on the 247 site by ANY insider as having committable offer or as someone who was a realistic option for them.
