Thanks for posting the roster link.

I compared the current roster with last year's and this year's Heisenberg list. As mentioned earlier, Keighan Gerrie isn't listed. Additionally, Jack Blake is not listed either though the Emerson's are. Any ideas? And Ben Wozney shows up on Heisenberg's list as well as the roster; I'll go with the roster.

Western Michigan's Andy Murray has resigned after 10 seasons.

They are promoting assistant Pat Ferschweiler to be their new head coach.

If there's ever a catalyst for Western and Miami to jump to the CCHA, this is it. The chances of it happening just went from 0% to 2%. Obviously, time will tell.

Hope all is well with Andy. Really surprised someone with his pedigree didn't have more success at Western. All I remember about Fersch is his time with the Red Wings which we won't get into.

So it sounds like Murray was basically forced out of town by the administration. Fersch had interviewed at other places over the summer and was a finalist for a few jobs. It worried the WMU brass that he was going to bolt. Being a former player, I can see why they wanted to hang onto him. I'm sure Andy will land on his feet somewhere.

One would think someone representing the State of Ohio would put something out in regards to it (yea or nay), but they are probably waiting to see how much of a kickback they themselves can get from Barstool to allow it.
