Urbie was a great coach...but he had a tendency to look the other way at a lot of s**t going on in his programs. The NFL is probably the best spot for him.

Except for the part where I don't think he has a clue how much different NFL coaching is than college coaching. Dude will lose more games this season than he did the entire time he was at OSU...He's a mental breakdown waiting to happen.
