...and they changed the call. Glad they did so - I think that was the right decision.

Minnesota now punting on 4th and 14 from the BG 37, and it's downed around the 5.

Defense has been great so far today. Offense has some work to do. Hope they get something going to give the defense some rest.

On 3rd and 9, with our backs against the wall, McDonald finds Osborne for 15 yards and a first down. Nice play.

Maybe the Lewis can run the offense and the defense?

Jesus himself could be calling plays for us. I don't know if it would matter, with this offensive line.

Man, Matt McDonald missed a wide open Levi Gazarek at midfield. Brutal.

Naranjo punts the ball nearly 80 yards into the end zone for a touchback. Holy cow.

McDonald is getting time today. He hasn't been good enough. Missed several throws. Really frustrating.

That's fair. That ball to Gazarek especially should've been on target. Bad miss.

Minnesota lined up to go for it at their own 29 yard line on 4th and 1, but they called a timeout. We'll see what they do here.

I'd punt it, considering I don't think BG can drive the length of the field to score today, but if they don't get it here, BG has a chance to go 30 yards, at least.

STUFFED! BG wins the battle up front and takes over at the Minnesota 27 or so. Great play.

It's night and day. The defense is amazing.

Huge stop right there. Why in the world was Minnesota going for it that deep in their own end?

Risky throw from McDonald, but Sims catches it and we're down to the Minnesota 7, first and goal.

McDonald runs it in for 6!

With 6:19 to play until halftime, Falcons lead 7-3.
