KSU leads 13-6, getting close to halftime.

At the very least, we look like a MAC team again. Which is certainly a step up from the last 5 years or so.

Hate the fake punt and hate that McDonald didn’t run for the first down. We didn’t need a home run ball on third down we just needed a first down. We are killing ourselves.

Didn’t love the fake punt in our own territory, but it worked out with a Kent State FG miss.

That didn't seem like roughing to me, either.

I don't mind the fake punt call. The play was there. Our receiver was wide open. In any case: We got away with it.

Kent State's offense is scary, but our defense has settled down. We have a chance if we can just move the ball in the second half.

Punt the ball. Trust your defense and your good punter. Did he not learn anything from Flecks descisiin to go for it deep in his own end last week? No excuse for a coach doing something that stupid in that situation. Someone needs to have overrule authority over Loeffler when he makes insane in game decisions like that. Just pure luck that it didn’t lead to a 14 pt. deficit right now.

BG makes the right decision to go for it on 4th and 1 at the 5 (a FG keeps it as a 1-score game), and on the next play, they throw a TD to Broden.

Tie game. 13-13, with 13 minutes to play in the 3rd quarter.

They need to make Keith a bigger part of the offense. He's their only home run threat.
