Well that end of the half was a total meltdown until Anders ended the drive. Two possession deficit at the half where it felt inevitable there would be a three possession deficit.

Regardless this feels like a total meltdown game. Remember 2010 vs Kent State? 2011 vs NIU? 2014 vs Ball State? 2020 vs anyone? Feels that way right now.

It was intelligent strategy. It didn’t quite work out, but the idea was there.

Have a growth mindset, dude. Has to be sad living such a negative existence.
What was the genius strategy? It’s a sky punt. Catch the ball . Well coached…..

I will have to say…. It isn’t great football but a much better brand of bad football than we have seen in the last two years.

If we wait until next week we eliminate the risk of losing a redshirt.
Davis played vs Tennessee. Is he redshirted right now? I cannot imagine McDonald is the only available QB.

Today doesn't feel that way. This feels like a game from last year. Surrendering 40+ points is almost guaranteed at this point. Gotta wonder if some kids are starting to throw in the towel.

Davis can play. Melton is available. Keller I noticed in street clothes. #12 George too.

Then play Davis. See if he sparks the offense. He's got a big arm.

A pre-snap penalty and a Matt McDonald pick on an absolute arm punt.

Time to play the kids and see what you’ve got. Matt McDonald is not it.

Zero percent chance of completing that one.

They're going to carve us up this half
