Individual efforts overcome our lack of discipline.

It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.
Re: Buffalo Bulls
BG led by 18 at the half. Despite all the craziness of coach getting ejected and the meltdown third quarter, BG won by 12.
Holy smokes. Props to Malone. Great win!!

3 running his mouth leaving the field. Waving at Bulls. Has to be pulled away by teammates….
It’s not my point of view, it’s a fact.

Same here! Young players trying to keep a win in spite of it all. I hope the team learns a lot from this game.footballguy51 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 3:33 pm I agree with the announcers. This is just a strange game. I’m loving it.
Re: Buffalo Bulls
Props to Malone for calling a nuts offense I mean. He took the reigns off and just went nuts. I think he wanted to show everyone what happens when he's in charge of the offense.

I’m thrilled that we got the win, I’m embarrassed at how undisciplined we are, I’m humbled by the distance we still have to go to be a really competitive football team…
And I’m ready to beat Toledo next time out to take our trophy back.

Good thing the team gets some extra time to prepare for Toledo and absorb this win.

I did not see the game but Holy Crickey! The penalty yardage is insane. How can a college team be that undisciplined? That said, I'm very happy they could win. We've seen solid progress in the team this season and I want it to keep ramping up to the end of the year.

Loeffler probably has to sit out the first half V. Toledo??

Re: Buffalo Bulls
Loeffler was right about one thing - the running game gets going and points will be scored. Wonder the last time BG had over 200 yards rushing in a game.

Re: Buffalo Bulls
Wonder what the school record for penalty yards is.
Re: Buffalo Bulls
Definitely still want to hear the story on two unsportsmanlike on the coach. What happened / what was said / who all will make a comment on the matter?
And on that note ... will Malone call plays going forward?

Here's a crazy stat - Bowling Green became the first team since 2000 to score 56 or more points and get 11 or fewer first downs.
