Broden didn't even try to make a play on that throw
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.
Re: vs. Toledo (11/10)
Has the team just given up? I'm watching NIU right now so only stat tracking our game. Can't tell context.

Toledo has their second team in so I'd take garbage time with a grain of salt.

Re: vs. Toledo (11/10)
He never changes out the players when we are getting punished. Never understood that. Probably so they can’t leave… no film. Let’s leave our demoralized uninspired starters out there till the end so they get hurt. Maybe the second tier will play with some passion and stop the bleeding against their twos?!? Another example of his poor coaching.
It’s not my point of view, it’s a fact.

You guys should sue CBS Sports for having Ross Tucker assigned to the game. What a joke…

At this point BG should petition to not be on national TV ever again.Rocket_Fanatic wrote: ↑Wed Nov 10, 2021 10:06 pm You guys should sue CBS Sports for having Ross Tucker assigned to the game. What a joke…

Melton throws a pick to end the game. Fitting.

I was undecided on whether Loeffler was making progress or not up until tonight. Now I think it's undeniable he isn't. I was expecting to be mediocre this season, but this tonight is pathetic.
Even last week when we won, we gave UB almost 2 fields worth of penalties and Loeffler embarrassed himself by getting thrown out.

NIU just beat Ball State at 00:00. Great game.
As for ours. Hideously ugly. Like historically bad. I honestly don't know if there has ever been a worse blowout in the series.
Team needs a good offseason.

Talk about just destroying the fan base. Get a nice home crowd on a Wed night. 3 extra days of preparation and just lay an absolute egg.
Make the change at AD (enough is enough with this guy), figure out the buyout for Loeffler and hope that by 2023 there is some competency at those positions. It is incomprehensible to be this bad in the MAC.

Post game locker room talk blamed the weight room. Loser.

I’m starting to agree with TommyG! It’s not just the “football”, it’s everything from tickets, traffic, coordination of the HORRIBLE sound system, and others. Moosbrugger and Hughes seem to not even notice these deficiencies OR elect to nothing about them.
Honestly , after many years of following Falcon sports, I’m just about ready to “call it a day”!

It's true, though. Toledo was bigger and stronger. They completely whipped the Falcons physically tonight.roguewarrior wrote: ↑Wed Nov 10, 2021 10:53 pm Post game locker room talk blamed the weight room. Loser.
I take no joy in saying that.
Re: vs. Toledo (11/10)
Sadly I spent 10 dollars to go to the game through 49-17. I was hoping to see the backup but didn't happen for some unknown reason.
Few tidbits the away side wasn't that full but the tailgating seemed pretty lively and traffic was backed up to the intestate. Play calling was terrible, Mcdonald was terrible, defense lost all discipline late in the second quarter as the game completely imploded. The team had zero fire most of the night besides trading unsportsmanlike penalties and looked like they wanted to stay inside for the second half. Backup qb should have played once we got down 32. Before tonight I still thought Loeffler could lead us to mediocrity but after tonight my faith is gone.
Operations still not good looked unprepared tonight. Even on the away side lines to get in were very long, concessions long, and speaker was having issues during play in the second half which actually delayed the game for a few seconds at one point as it got so bad. Back to basketball and hockey
