HE WILL ALWAYS BE FIRST TEAM TO US!!!

JORDAN - YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

This would seem to be a splash of cold water on the Hobie Baker talk.

On the ice, Tarkki had a much better season than Jordan. It would have been nice to see Jordan get the first team, but the stats don't lie.

I agree Tarkki had a better season on the ice...he was on fire most of the year.

As for Jordan...he's so humble. Friday night I shook his had to thank him, and his response....for what!? Just thought it was classic that all the things he's done for us/BG (the saves/wins/teaching/letting us watch him grow/the list goes on and on)...
"Eyeball to eyeball, I said, 'Dr. Cartwright, don't put me in this position if you plan on dropping hockey. That won't happen as long as I'm alive. I'll fight that to my grave." - Jack Vivian

We will be a power again!

Go Falcons!

Not really....the Hobey is based as much on off ice accomplishments as on ice. Based on the criteria Jordan is still very much in the running.

Very typical response from Jordan. Very classy young man. For all of these reasons, he should be given the Hobey!!

And, I don't think Brian Holzinger had the top points in the nation when he won it.

GO ICERS!!
SWEEEEEEEEEEEP THE NANOOOOOOOOOKS!!
