O'Neal needs to stop putting the ball on the deck the instant he gets it. They are keyed in on that tendency.

Immediately after Plowden leaves, Oakland goes on a 6-0 run to retake the lead, 55-53.

Noticed that too. Not ideal.
But who else is there to put in there? Metheny, Fields, Curtis, and Gordon are all unavailable. Plowden and Reece in foul trouble.

I hate it when coaches auto pull people for their foul count.
28 minutes of Plowden who then fouls out is better than 25 minutes of Plowden who finishes the game wit h4 fouls.

Would be absolutely insane, given the depth we came into the season with at the position.Diemilkweed wrote: ↑Wed Dec 08, 2021 1:36 amWatch us end up hurting bad for lack of guards this year...

All we can ask is the nepotism recruit doesn't screw up too badly because we need a body.
Made a layup before giving up an easy 3. Just don't screw up too much

Chandler Turner with 18 so far tonight. That’s an interesting development.

Also, I don’t think it’s been mentioned here yet - I believe Myron Gordon is on the bench tonight. He’s in street clothes like Fields, but it’s good to see he’s still with the team.

Re: vs. Oakland (12/7)
Turner's jump shot has looked better all year. With his ability to score going towards the rim as well he should be our starting 3.
He's been our best player all night.
