Ah, looking like another win over a very bad Michigan directional.

HALF: BGSU 46-31

Really solid half of basketball. We actually look like a team out there.

Now, finish the job.

Two fouls almost immediately. Didn’t see the floor again. Luckily he wasn’t really needed.

Attended more games than any responsible student should have.

I don't care how legit the calls are, or who benefits from them. A half of basketball with 33 free throws shot is simply not entertaining.

Myron Gordon had 13 points in the first half. If he’s going to contribute like that, I’d like to see more from him.

Under 16 in the second half, BG leads 56-40. Plowden to the line to finish a 3-point play after the break.

Playing hard. Actually defending and moving the ball. What’s going on?

I really love the way Turner rebounds and hustles on D in general. Not great with the basketball in his hands but does all the right things away from the ball.

Really pretty fadeaway from Matiss. That was gorgeous. He’s got 12.

Under 12, BG leads 65-51.

Matiss had been begging for that ball for a few possessions before they finally gave it to him. He clearly knows he had that guy’s number.

Normally I’d agree that it’s a ridiculous tactic, but with both Young and O’Neal out, Reece/Plowden/Matiss are our only “bigs” available to play the 4 and 5. So it makes enough sense to save guys as much as you can, especially when you’re controlling play in the first half.

7 different players have scored 20+ in a game this season for this team. Crazy depth.

And Plowden has now passed Dylan Frye for 15th on the all-time scoring list.
