Re: New OC
He's 57...not saying that means he can't relate to college kids solely for that reason, but that is grandpa territory.
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.
Re: New OC
I’m sure he’s a good coach, really nothing surprising….Loeffler really needs to give up playcalling. The best offensive performance of the year by far was when he was ejected. I’d be more excited if this guy was calling plays, at least there would be a chance for improvement.
Re: New OC
Oh man, is he really 57? I read an article from December (where he was actually going back to Boston College, interestingly) and it called him 51.
Not a massive difference, but that’s fair.

Introduced new coach. He Made a statement entrance to illustrate much needed discipline will be brought to the RB room!! Message firmly delivered.
It’s not my point of view, it’s a fact.

Re: New OC
My kid is about being dialed in and accountable. So, his first impression is that he intends to bring that to the RB room, where apparently it is much needed. I suspect a large percentage of the team is on board with that too.mbenecke wrote: ↑Mon Jan 31, 2022 1:31 pmGood feelings about the hire?roguewarrior wrote: ↑Mon Jan 31, 2022 12:29 pm Introduced new coach. Re: New OC
Official announcement today that Brian White is the RB coach, while Nosal and Warner are elevated to co-OCs, which says to me that Loeffler is not relinquishing play calls.

Also, encourage you guys to check out his twitter @CoachBWhite7. He's kind of a trip, but the passion is obvious.

Stupid. He needs to be coaching games instead of having his face buried in front of the play sheet.

I don't love this either. Hire good people and trust them to make good decisions.jpfalcon09 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 02, 2022 10:29 amStupid. He needs to be coaching games instead of having his face buried in front of the play sheet.

Re: New OC
Funny. Even wives and novices sitting nearby at the games notice that! He really is oblivious to everything going on around him. That’s the gamesmanship that is lost week in and week out. No one is managing the game…. They are all lost in their compartments.jpfalcon09 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 02, 2022 10:29 amStupid. Re: New OC
I don't believe either of the new co-OCs have college playcalling experience so I'm thinking they're more likely to be offensive analysts than playcallers.
