Scapegoat Season —Game 4 vs. Ohio

Post by guest44 »

Bowling Green hosts Ohio in the scapegoat home finale. Ohio is -7.5 and total is 157.5

Any predictions?

Did Vegas leave off a 1 for the spread? Should be 17.5 after the western game

Unfortunately I think this won't be close and ohio will be motivated after the loss to Akron. Sad end for the seniors at home

Just talking hypothetically here... There is still a pathway here for our Falcons to make it to Cleveland. If they can win tonight and Miami loses... wouldn't they have the tiebreaker over Miami because of a win over a higher ranked common opponent?? I do not expect them to win tonight but; you never know??

I feel pretty good about the Falcons right now, but I think our boys come out on the wrong end of a 142-89 score tonight after a sold offensive effort.
Sadly, the only way these young men go to Cleveland is if coach H. takes them on a field trip to see Ralphie's house from the movie 'A Christmas Story'.

So, how do you bet on the game? This has payday written all over it.

If you live in a state where it's legal like Michigan or Indiana you can use draftkings or fanduel pretty easily. If you live in Ohio you have to use a not legal way such as bovada or betus.com.pa. Bovada was the walmart of online betting but with more states legalizing they now charge fees for withdrawing outside of crypto. Not sure about betus.

Spread very quickly moved to 8.5 this morning as others are catching on to our struggles

So, maybe I’m a masochist, but I’ll be watching the game this evening, even just for a little bit. I can’t make it to the game (toddler bedtime) but I’ll regrettably watch. I’ll also be at the UT game hoping we look presentable while my wife roots for her alma mater.

Actually playing some spirited defense for a change. If we could rebound this game would be a blowout.

Diggs is hot -so when he touches it on the perimeter, gets immediately double teamed.

And makes the correct, easy play and passes to Plowden. Who's defender is out of position because of that double team. Plowden actually hesitated for a moment like "Wait, I'm open? Oh, yeah, I'm open" and nailed the 3.

It was simple, it was effective. And it's been missing for years.

As much fun as it is being up 12 on OU late in with 6 to play in the game, this game means Huger does not get fired. HE can, and will, point to this as "See, I had to get Reece and Gordon out of here, needed a little time to adjust, and now the real team comes out."

Which is complete BS. But he and the school can spin it that way and save the time, effort and money of replacing him yet again.

BG was up 13 with 7 to play.

It’s now a 1 point game with 3:56 to play.

And just like that 2:00 of half ass defense effort erases all the good they had done in the half.
