A game of wonders. Wonderful they won, yet wonder how they were able to win.

Great to see the freshman find the back of the net.

One prediction I am fairly confident in, there will be few penalties called, with mounting frustration visible from the players. And the number of powerplays will be equal.
Nailed it.

I don't buy the 'referees shouldn't decide the game' "logic" or that referees should put their whistles in their pockets in third periods. The rules shouldn't be different at different times. Likewise, there shouldn't be make-up calls or calling the same number of penalties on each team.

The players decide the outcome, regardless. If the referees don't call penalties, isn't that "deciding the game" just as much as calling penalties? How far would it go? Umm, well, he's hurt so I guess we'll call a penalty. There were infractions not called throughout the game, but It was a free-for-all after Bemidji pulled its goalie.

Rico's gonna Rico, but check out this non-call that decided the game.

Definitely a missed call. But it’s fun to see Blasi melt down… so I’m not that upset. Lol

St Thomas was 2/3 on the powerplay at that point.

Some of you should go to the Uscho fan forum and start an officiating thread.

2-0 Beavers. 2nd goal was extremely soft by Stoever. Very likely for Game 3 tomorrow.

2-0 after 1. BG really lacking energy tonight, and some poor goaltending isn't helping.

That was a bad period. They had significantly more energy. 2nd goal was soft

Gotta chip some pucks behind their D men and gain some possession down low. Probably not going to get many PPs but that might get you a couple.

Stoever mishandles a puck and it's 3-0. See you tomorrow.

4-2 final. Craggs with both BG goals. Don't start on time and you get behind in the first.

Game 3 is tomorrow at 5:07 eastern. I expect the season to come to an end.
